Candy, Popcorn & Other Food Items
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items. Food purchases are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase with your order number or receipt, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Please do not send food items back.
Handmade Items
Ready-made crochet, and other handmade items are eligible for return when you contact us within 14 days of delivery or purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, free of odors and pet hair.
Custom and personalized crochet and handmade orders are final sale, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Small variations in stitching, size, and color are part of handmade craftsmanship. This does not affect our responsibility to address actual defects.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and proof of purchase. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Other Mischief Shop Merchandise
Other eligible merchandise may be returned when you contact us within 30 days of delivery or purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any original tags attached.
Custom or personalized merchandise is final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards are nonreturnable.
Return Instructions & Shipping
Please contact us for approval and instructions before returning any item.
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns.
If we sent an incorrect or defective item, we will cover any required return shipping.
Refunds
Merchandise refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the approved return. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear.
